Champion Physical Therapy is a privately owned physical therapy clinic focusing on Orthopedic and Neurological recovery. Our staff is made up of skilled veteran therapists who have been providing the best of care in the North Georgia area.

In 2007, Matt Foltz, CEO, opened Champion Physical Therapy after working 10+ years for a healthcare conglomerate before opening his independent practice. The first clinic was established in Cumming, GA. In 2010, Matt opened his second clinic in Alpharetta, GA. Together, these two clinics provide a great resource to the Forsyth and North Fulton areas.

Because of his previous healthcare and community connections, Matt was able to hand pick highly skilled therapists from the area with a vast array of skills that compliment one another. The staff of Champion Physical Therapy functions as a team unit to improve patient treatment outcomes.
